Less than Truckload or (LTL) is the process in which freight (palletized or loose) is transported from shipper to receiver, utilizing a network of carriers who consolidate multiple shipments that are destined for similar regions in order to move them more efficiently, ultimately reducing expenses. It’s the most cost-effective option for those whose shipments fall within 1-6 pallets in size.
